It is a perfect choice as it’s located in the city centre of Barcelona and in one of the most beautiful streets. It is a really huge apartment of 225m2 located in the 4th floor of a nice building with elevator. All rooms are really calm cause are far from the living room and kitchen areas. There is a big hall, a huge living and dinning room with a big exterior window and a balcony. There are 2 sofas, auxiliar tables, flat screen TV and a big table with chairs to share meals with your flatmates. The kitchen is also big and has also a lot of natural light. There is another table on it to have breakfast or fast meals. It is tottally equipped with 2 fridges, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave and all utensils for cooking and eating. There is also a washing machine and dryer. On the large corridor of the apartment there is a window with clothes line to dry your clothes. There are also 2 complete bathrooms one with shower and the other one with bathtub. This is a huge and lightly student room for 2 people. It has 2 single beds, 2 bed tables with 2 bed lamps, 2 wardrobes with hangers, 2 buckets for dirty clothes and 2 mirrors. In the working area there are 2 desks and 2 chairs with 2 desk lamps, 2 paper bins and 2 bulletin boards. The best part of this student room is the private and exterior balcony facing to Gran Via.
