Apartment: This is a 4 rooms apartment located in the city center of Barcelona, in the famous Passeig de Sant Joan street in Eixample neighborhood, just 5 minutes walking to the famous Arc de Triomf and its metro station Arc de Triomf (L1), 13 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya and its station and 9 minutes walking to Girona metro station (L4). It is a bright apartment with comfortable and spacious common areas. The building is so nice and the common stairs and elevator are modern. It is on the 7 floor so it has a lot of calm and natural light. When you come into the apartment, you will find an spacious hall that connects to the living room, the kitchen and the corridor where Rooms 1 and 2 are. The living room is really spacious and it has a huge and comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV (there is a big screen). All lights are led to be more efficient. There is also a huge table to enjoy meals with your flatmates facing to an incredible big windows with views to a typical Barcelona "manzana" patio. It has its own air conditiong and central heating. The apartment has a big kitchen completely equipped with dishwasher, owen, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils for cooking and eating. The kitchen connects to the laundry area where you will find the washing machine and iron and a common space to dry your clothes. Room: Room 4 is a small single room with single bed and private bathroom with shower. So it is perfect for people who does not mind about the size but want to have all commodities in his/her room. It has a single bed with storage under the bed, a working area with desk and chair, a closet and a chest of drawers to organise all your stuff and a big window facing to an interior patio. This room also has a private TV to relax watching films in your room. This room has its own air conditiong and central heating.
