Details of the house: The house is part of a “student rooms complex” of 3 houses. It has 1 kitchen (ground floor), with dining area (ground floor). 3 showers (-1), and 3 toilets arranged over the several floors. 10 rooms in total (From #2 until #11). 1st floor: rooms #2, 3 and 4 The house is located closeby the city center and has all means of transportation nearby (bus and tram right at the corner of the street, metro station “Botanique" 1 block away, and train station “North station” just a few minutes away by foot). There are plenty of convience stores, supermarkets, bars, local shops etc. in the neighborhood. Room #3: Double room, view both on street, €730/month (€365/person if rented as a double room) All rooms are furnished (single bed, desk, chair, lamp and wardrobe), all costs (water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent, internet (cabled) is provided for free.
