The owners stated that they wanted to give the flat a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand-new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic- or on-the-go meals, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The property boasts semi-open kitchen and comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives, and of course, a fully-automated espresso- and cappuccino-maker. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due.
