The apartment is on the 4th floor in a residential building on Laugavegur by Hlemmur square, in downtown Reykjavík. Walking distance from many restaurants, supermarkets and Sundhöll swimming pool. There’s a large window in the living room that faces south which results in the apartment being bright, outside of that window there's a view of the colorful buildings that make up this part of Laugavegur.
