It’s one of seven bedrooms in a bright and welcoming flat, ideal for students, interns, or professionals seeking a friendly co-living environment. You’ll share the apartment with six other tenants, and have access to a fully equipped kitchen and two shared bathrooms. The apartment is well located, with supermarkets (Mini Preço and Pingo Doce) within 5 minutes’ walk, a small grocery next door, and just 250 m from Jardim da Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques. It’s also only 500 m from Instituto Superior Técnico and close to Alameda metro station (red and green lines), making it very convenient for getting around Lisbon. The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included). The price shown is for one person. For an extra person in the reservation, the price is 90€ higher. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves.
