The surrounding area is a safe neighborhood packed with restaurants, bars, pizzeria and every kind of basic service you may need and boasts a very lively “movida” made mainly of students and young workers who live in the area. -------------------------------------------------- KEEP IN MIND: The amount of the rent is inclusive of heating, waste, condominium fees and everything not differently specified. No other fees are required. Cleaning fee at the end of the stay is optional: you can decide to clean the apartment by your own. During winter heating is by radiators and will be regulated by the central plant of the condominium. AC is private and will be made available during summer time.
