Private Appartment in a historic villa with private bath and private Terrace with kitchen and all necessary furniture near main station / Sbahn/ long distance trains in the heart of stuttgart (7 minutes walk to Hauptbahnhof)- The Apartment has two rooms with private bath and it is equipped with everything you need (bed, table, chair, wardrobe), the kitchen is also fully equipped. There is a washing room with a washer & dryer. You can just move in and feel well Your loverly landlord who does not live in the house (that’s me) is extra friendly and supportive, also with your registration process. :) The cleaning fee (200 EUR) can be averted ,if the tenant gives back his appartment in a 100% cleaned state (as on the day of moving in). The admin fee (150 EUR) is due at the end of the contractual lifetime (in the ad the default is, that you pay it upon moving in, but for this appartment it is upon moving out).
