Access to the apartment requires climbing a small set of 3 steps. - Living Room A cozy and inviting space, equipped with a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a TV. - Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals. It includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included), and both a washing machine and a dishwasher. - Patio A small interior patio with a hammock, perfect for a relaxing start to the day! - Bedroom The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. Please note that the bedroom is interior and does not have exterior windows. - Dressing Room/Office This space includes a large wardrobe to keep all your belongings organized. For remote workers, there is a convenient desk and shelving for organization. - Bathroom A small yet functional bathroom with a shower. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
