I bought my apartment because of the many advantages – the house and the whole area is new and full of great energy – beautiful garden designs and the house itself is beautiful, a boat club, numerous places to sit and enjoy the outdoors and of course the fact that everything is within walking distance. Facts about the apartment: - 1st floor - The apartment consist of a room+kitchen in one, a pretty big bathroom and a storage room/wardrobe - A sofa bed - 4 minutes walking to the cross railway station ”Bällsta Bro” - 10 minutes walking to Sundbybergs centrum which is a station for SJ trains in the whole country, commuter train/pendeltåg, metro station and the cross track station – all in the same place. - A big Willys food store, Lidl and ICA are all in Sundbybergs centrum - Own washing machine and dryer in one - The temperature in the apartment is always good, no matter weather. - Great neighbours, and the area is very quiet - A big bicycle parking area - Very beautiful rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the view - Gym Fitness 24/7 is right under the apartment. Other fitness centers like Friskis och Svettis, Sats and Nordic Wellness are all withing walking distance. - Great restaurants, cafés like the Public, Phil's burger, Matildes, Espresso house etc. and the Story hotel in Sundbybergs centrum - Possibility for fantastic long walks along Bällstaviken and recreation in Marabouparken Included in the rent: Internet and TV The cost for electricity and hot water depends on the amount of use. Average consumption of electricity is included in the rent – which is around the cost I usually have myself. About the guest I think that you are a person who likes it neat and tidy, does not smoke and will contain the apartment in the exact samt state it is right now. Maybe you are a weekly commuter, who works or studies in Stockholm and go home over the weekend. Maybe you are in Stockholm for a new job, maybe you are an exchange student or maybe you need a place in Stockholm for some other reason. It is benefitial if you can provide one or few refences to your former landlord, a colleague, a supervisor at work or association.
