🏡 Our private courtyard is a beautifully renovated traditional building, designed to provide our guests with the utmost comfort and convenience. It is an unique building that combines traditional charm with modern living. It has three contemporary homes arranged around a shared courtyard, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the mild days of Lisbon. Located outside the city center, in a charming and authentic neighbourhood, you’ll find all the local shops just a few minutes away, along with convenient access to several buses (1 min. away) and metro station (5 min. away). About the house: This house, a charming two bedroom apartment, is a triplex house. At ground floor there is the entrance hall. Upstairs, on the first floor, there is a large living room with two big windws to get some prettu Lisbon light - is has a confortable living space and a dinig area that accomodates 4-6 persons. At that level, there is also a fully equipped kitchen (inc. dishwasher) and a small WC. On the top floor there are two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub. The house has AC in the bedrooms and in the livingroom - it works for heathing and cooling the apartment, as needed. There is fast and reliable Wi-Fi in all the house and courtyard, so anyone can work seamlessly anywhere in the property. Other things to note: * Stay value is for up to 4 guests; * Visitors are possible: 1 or 2 extra guests, using the sofa-bed (extra fee per night per guest + Tourist Tax); * Weekly cleaning available upon request (extra fee); * Bed linen & towels included (provided clean on a weekly basis).
