Frullhouse is an adorable newly renovated one bedroom apartment located in a quiet part of the city easily reachable by public transportation, either from Santa Maria Novella or Campo di Marte train station and from the city's historic center. It consists of a living area with sofa bed and kitchen, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower and washing machine. It's located on the first floor of a residential building with elevator, it has all the comfort needed for stays of any lenght. In the kitchen you'll find the induction stovetop, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. In the apartment there are also a washing machine, plus clothes iron and ironing board, as well as a coth and a highchair. It's equipped with it's own WiFi, and the whole apartment is climatized autonomously. We eagerly await your arrival in Florence! + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee.
