Services included are cleaning, maintenance, gas, water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and an abundance of natural light to create an inviting atmosphere. Single rooms are starting at €390 per month (annual contract). Conveniently located just 10-12 minutes from the metro station and a 15-minute walk to CEU University, this co-living space offers easy access to Valencia’s city center and nearby amenities. To join our co-living community, we require a minimum stay of three months, a one-month deposit, and payment of one month upon entry (or proportional). If you're a student, you'll need to provide proof of registration and financial means; workers must present payroll and proof of financial means. If you do not have a payroll, you can pay the contract in full (minimum six months + one-month deposit). Please note that the rooms are for individual use only, and couples are not permitted. The flat is shared with friendly, fun, and creative individuals who are entrepreneurial and social—perfect companions for exploring, having drinks, or watching a football match together. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
