It is fully equipped with its own Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Closets, queen size bed, etc. The house is in Eixample, in the very center of Barcelona (next to Plaza Universidad, just a few hundred metres from Plaza Cataluña, the Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, etc). The street is a big pedestrian avenue just renovated. The house is really big and beautiful. Many say it is the most beautiful house they have seen in Barcelona, so we are very proud of it. It is 172 square meters big, and has amazing common areas (big kitchen, a patio to read and rest, etc).
