The living room includes a TV, and the kitchen comes fully furnished and is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. The building has a lift, but please note that there is no balcony. Room: This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Has a small window that even though it is small still provides plenty of room. This room faces the front of the building having a great view of the street. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
