We rent our furnished duplex studio including kitchenette, located on 2nd floor of our house. We are living in a quiet street close to the Atomium landmark (Lakensestraat in 1853 Grimbergen). Everything is available, you only would need to bring towels and bed sheets (or you rent them from us as well). You can rent short or long term, however minimum 3 months. After these 3 months, the studio can be canceled with 1 month notice period from either party. The studio is for 1 person only, no couples or roomates allowed. Also smoking and pets are not allowed, sorry. Please notice that you CANNOT register yourself on this address. Conncetions to Brussels city center are good, reachable via tram no.3 within 25 minutes or via bus. Within 3 min you are on the highway E40 (ring) or A19 direction Antwerp. Parking is free of charge on the street. Supermarkets, restaurants are in walking distance. The furnished duplex is 16m2+16m2. We ask 650€/month for the duplex where internet, electricity, water, gas, biweekly cleaning of apart shower and toilet (which you would share with another studio located on the 2nd floor), toilet paper and garbage bags is already included.
