Two-room apartment on the second floor of a period building located in the heart of the historic center. in a strategic position the apartment overlooks the main square of the city, namely Piazza Santo Oronzo and the amphitheater and exactly in front of the famous statue of Santo Oronzo from which the apartment takes its name. It is accessed via a staircase of sixty steps. The apartment has typical ceilings with characteristic star vaults (5.30m). The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and utensils and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, moka and espresso machine with pods, oven, toaster and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and in the first room there is a mezzanine with two single beds. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wi-fi, television, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, courtesy line and air conditioning in the sleeping area. The bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan and the mezzanine with a portable fan. The house is completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. take care of it, you are welcome RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 4th 2025 and April 15th 2025 included. N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 4th and April the 15th included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
