The flat has 2 bedrooms. 1st room: 1 double bed 2nd room: 2 single beds Living room: 2 double sofa beds In the living room you will find 2 very soft and comfortable couches facing a TV, gorgeous floral paintings adorning the walls and access to a balcony overlooking the bustling avenue below. A long hall with polished tile floors leads to the bedrooms: one with 2 individual beds and an enormous wooden armoire, and a sunny master bedroom with a large double bed, 2 armoires, a cozy study nook with a small desk and chair, and access to both a private balcony with a washing machine and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The apartment has another full bathroom with gorgeous marble-like tiles on the walls, as well as a fully equipped kitchen ready for you to cook all of your favorite dishes. To truly feel like a local we recommend walking to Mercat de Ninot and buying some fresh ingredients to prepare at home. The apartment is located close to the Rocafort (L1) metro station with direct access to Plaza Catalunya and the famous Arc de Triomfo. You will be within a short walk of Plaza Espanya, the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the Fira de Barcelona. The apartment is close to a huge selection of great restaurants and bars, many in Eixample near Enric Granados street and some excellent tapas bars on Carrer Blai street in the Poble Sec neighborhood.
