Alle Neben- und Verbrauchskosten sind in der Gesamtmiete enthalten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des S-Bahnhof Zehlendorf (ca. 5 min Fußweg). Von dort aus fahren viele Busse und die S-Bahnlinie S1. Es wird ein*e reinliche*r und leise*r Mitbewohner*in gesucht. Feiern und große Treffen in der Wohnung sind nicht gewünscht. Momentan wohnen in der WG zwei Mädchen. Auch internationale Interessenten sind sehr willkommen! Das Zimmer ist neu möbliert und die Wände sind frisch gestrichen.
