Mixed textures, like the exposed brick from the living area and wooden floor-to-ceiling storage straight on, highlight Annamer’s clever design. To the left of the entry is Annamer’s half-bath. Traditional Catalan tile covers the floor while Saharan lantern lighting and details complement the theme. The right of the entrance opens up to a spacious living room. This space is wholly design-forward. Wooden beams comprise the ceiling while the two main walls offer balance with exposed brick to one end and a terracotta arch painting at the other. The room is tied together through designer furnishings, a full entertainment system, and a Juliet balcony on the far end of the living area. Past the half-bath to the left is the kitchen space. Sleek cabinetry and modern appliances are flush with the right wall. Beyond the kitchen, the room opens up to a dining set for four with a small balcony behind. Further down the hallway, the first door on the right leads to the second bathroom. A smooth design ensues with white subway tile filling the walk-in shower and minimalistic accessories scattered throughout the space. Across the hall is Annamer’s private office. Sleek storage and a dedicated workstation give this room a sense of complete utility. The bedroom closest to the office continues the exposed brick and wooden beams from the living area. A queen-sized bed sits in the center while the left wall is lined with ample storage space. The last door to the right leads to Annamer’s second bedroom. Embodying the concept of oasis, halo lighting casts a radiant glow on the queen-sized bed. Ample storage rests in the corner of the room.
