The property comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, double sink, and storage; a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living area with a sofa. Upstairs there is a mezzanine floor with a double bed. From the windows there are views of an interior courtyard with lots of plants. The apartment is located in Washington, a very desirable Milanese neighbourhood with great shopping and trendy bars. It is also very well connected to central Milan by metro.
