IMPORTANT INFORMATION APARTMENT DETAILS - The apartment is conveniently located near a supermarket and public transport, with the Opera House and pedestrian area just a 15-minute walk away. - It can accommodate up to 4 people. - Additional required costs labeled as "other" refer to building costs. Utility and building costs must be paid each month in advance. - €170 labeled as "other" extra costs are attributed to building/administrator costs.
