Great location, just 200m from Kralingse Plas (lake) and park (great for running and other activities). Area is very popular among students. Close to University, lots of shops, restaurants and close to city center and highway. Public transport is just a short walk away. Erasmus University is only a 10 minute bike ride (2.6 km) away. Leases are generally for 12 months, but can normally be extended thereafter. Registration with the Rotterdam municipality is allowed. The all-in rate for this room is €1.088 per month, and the all-in rate for the entire apartment is €3.379 per month. The other two rooms are slightly bigger and more expensive at €1.141 resp €1.150 per month. This includes rent of the apartment, incl. technical upkeep of the apartment, introduction to Rotterdam, introduction to living in the Netherlands, point of contact for family/parents, coaching in terms of living away from home in a foreign country, study advice, thesis advice, municipal levies and building association fees. All prices are for a 12 months rental period. The apartment has three separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a separate shared toilet. There is an open kitchen/dining area (incl. washing machine and dishwasher). The total apartment space is 80 m2 (plus storage for bikes etc. in basement). The apartment was recently upgraded and refurbished in order to rent out to three students (i.e., you will share the apartment with two flat mates, but each tenant has his own room). Visits or online viewings can be organized based on your wishes. If you do not have two friends to rent the apartment with, we will try setting up introductions with potential future roommates. We strive to provide well furnished rooms for a reasonable price, in traditional pre-war apartments in the nicest neighborhood of Rotterdam, so that it is easy for you to feel at home.
