Hello, we would love to welcome you to our Co-Living Location in Winterhude. Becoming a tenant with us comes with many perks, great and small. Double-bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, art and an armchair, all in your room. You get weekly flat cleanings, washer-dryer in the apartment (iron and ironing board too), plus utilities like media, electricity, heating and WIFI. Sounds like everything? It’s not: We also provide all the little household essentials, like tableware and kitchen equipment from bottle opener to the espresso spoon. Mostly we provide a common lounge area or dining zone where you can hang out with your friends and flat-mates. Just bring your suitcase and you’re set. Your flat has many special features! Mighty people need a mighty room with extra space for thoughts, creativity and for the dust to settle... Don't worry, we will take care of the cleaning. Location Our oldest and biggest location offers private suites within multiple shared apartments with 1 to 3 fellow STACEY members. Those who are at home in the pretty Winterhude can count themselves lucky: Lots of water, green, representative architecture and urban quality of life. Chic boutiques, but also small grocery stores supply the residents with luxury goods or everyday needs. Other Our prices are all-inclusive. No additional fees, no bad surprises. Here is what’s in it for you: use of the furnishings and apartment at a high-quality standard, weekly cleaning, all bills covered, the responsiveness of our Community Service Team, and finally, our Technical Service Team for those times when experts are needed. Our move-in dates are always possible at the first or middle of the month and move-out dates are always possible at the 14th and end of the month. Applying is easy, and it’s online. Check our homepage, fill out our contact form with details like your destination city, phone number and preferred moving day. We will contact you quickly to get to know each other and see how we can best fit you in. The charm and character of European buildings make variations within each category inevitable, even though the suites are similar in size and furnishing. All size specifications are approximate and may vary slightly. The images show a sample suite within the chosen category and may differ from the suite you are allocated. 📢The deposit is 2x rent. Both the deposit + fee need to be completed through HousingAnywhere Payments before the move-in date....

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
