The room is about 25m2, bright, and located in a very quiet area with almost no car traffic. It comes fully furnished with a new bed, mattress, and bedding, a wardrobe, desk, monitor, ergonomic chair, sofa bed, beamer, and even your own fridge with freezer. You’ll also find some fitness equipment like a yoga mat and dumbbells. There is glasfiber internet with 300mbps available. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and my two lovely cats. They’re both very social, kind, and love a bit of attention. This apartment is meant to be a cozy, stress-free home where you can relax, recharge, and feel comfortable just good vibes and sweet cats and queer friendly. - Rental period can be discussed and negotiated. The room is available and ready for viewing in person. - Rent is all-inclusive (utilities, heating, internet, electricity).
