Ideal for those looking for comfort, design, and efficiency all in one. We have a patio on the ground floor, which is accessible and shared by all apartments, a pleasant place to socialize with your co-livers. Pets are welcome in the studios, as long as they are well-behaved, do not damage the furniture, and do not disturb other colivers. We want everyone—both humans and animals—to enjoy a pleasant living environment. (There is a suplement of 50€/month per pet) The studio has clima control with aerothermy, that creates a mild teperature (it is not electric airconditioning) Payments upon confirmation: 1000eur security deposit, first month through Housinganywhere, last month directly with the property.
