Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 82 m2 groß und besteht aus drei Zimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Badezimmer mit einer Dusche. WLAN, Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Erstbezug nach Sanierung: Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor Kurzem aufwendig saniert – alle Räume befinden sich in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Du ziehst als Erste*r nach der Renovierung ein! Lage: Top Lage! Die Ollenhauerstraße liegt zentral mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (U-Bahn/S-Bahn/Bus). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Parks sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. U8 ist fußläufig in 5min erreichbar und die U6 zu Fuß ca 10min. Hinterhof kann benutzt werden, um die Natur und die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Zimmer kann auch zur zweit gemietet werden, da kostet die Miete pro Person 500€...
