Deposit 50% deposit before arrival, the remaining 50% and admin fee at least on the arrival day. 2. Admin FEE- 1 month: Includes following services: a. Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, b. Contract preparation, c. Translation of the contract to English d. Airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat e. Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie”, f. Representing you in communications with flat owner. g. Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault. 3. How rent is calculated

Per half-month

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
