I am renting out my apartment in Vienna’s central 17th district. The quiet apartment is located at the top flor of a classic turn-of-the-century house and thus is very bright. It contains a bedroom, a spacious living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom and is fully equipped and ready to move in. Vienna’s 17th district is centrally located. You could reach the city center with the tram 43 (Station “Wattgasse-Hernals”) within a few minutes and the next train station “Hernals” (line 45) is within a 5 minute’s walk. Also the apartment is located close to some of Vienna’s most beautiful hills (Willheminenberg and Schafberg), where you could enjoy extensive walks and have a glass of wine in one of the Viennese wineries (Heurigen)...
