First occupancy! The stylishly furnished shared room is located in a recently renovated 3-room flat. The high-quality furniture is brand new and unused. The room is nice and bright thanks to the large windows. The room also has access to a large loggia with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Munich. The kitchen is fully equipped. A large fridge, a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob and a washing machine are also available. Our rental prices include all ancillary costs (electricity, hot water & high-speed WLAN). How rent is calculated

Per day

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
