There is a full kitchen with all the needed utensils and machines for your stay (pans and pots, microwaves kettle, coffee maker) and a nicely decorated bathroom with shower. This sunny flat is the best with A/C installed. The flat is on a duplex level, you can use our interior staircase to access it. For your enhanced safety and security, we provide 24/7 video surveillance on the main entrance of the building at the common use area. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented apartment at any time. The flat is exclusively at your disposal, you do not share any of the above-mentioned areas with me or other guests. The main entrance opens up an entre-corridor.
