Private room in a freshly renovated, well-equipped, centrally-located flat in downtown Budapest. (RR6) The flat has 6 fully equipped, bright and clean rooms (10-17m2), 3 bathrooms with bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and a spacious shared kitchen with dining space. The building is situated a few minutes walk from a bus, metro and railway stations, Aldi, Rossmann, restaurants, cafés, stores and many universities (Veterinary University, McDaniel College, ELTE etc.) Good to know: - The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, washing-, drying machines, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, water boiler, toaster, Nespresso machine etc. - Current tenants are all international students. - Deposit: 1 month, but 2 months deposit for bookings longer than 3 months. - Mattress and brand new mattress protector are provided, bedding and towels are not, but there's an IKEA a few stops from the flat where you can buy what you prefer. - Tenants will sign a rental agreement with the host....
