It is entirely furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, toaster, crockery, kitchen ustensils, microwave, kettle, pans... It also has a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, water, electricity, housing insurance, household waste tax, condominium fees. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The Compans neighbourhood is situated in the centre of Toulouse, between the Canal du Midi and the boulevards Marquette and Lacrosses. The ancient military barracks – a proper tribute to the generals Compans and Caffarelli gave the neighbourhood its name. Compans is nowadays a business quartier with a high concentration of offices, prestigious hotels and plenty of accommodation. The Compans-Caffarelli public garden split the area into two – don’t miss the incredible Japanese Garden located there! In the area, you will also find a shopping mall, two sports malls and plenty of “Grandes Ecoles” – prestigious universities such as the University of Toulouse 1 and its Law Faculty. Metro B serves the area (Compans). Life here is calm and peaceful. However, you will find an interesting School of living music and “the Chapelle” – a wide place of social, artistic and political experimentation (rue Danielle-Casanova).
