Description

Room 3 Hi Guys, This is a fully furnished room in a shared flat that is located on the 3rd floor. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). Only the 1st or 16th of each month are possible as move-in days. In specific cases we have a flexible move-in date, but this has to be discussed in our messages. Please note that there is an additional one-time service fee of 100€ plus a deposit of 950€ to be paid before moving in....

How rent is calculated

Per half-month

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
