Unsere Apartments wurden im Mai 2023 komplett saniert sowie modern & geschmackvoll für Sie eingerichtet. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine voll ausgestattete Küche in einem offenen Wohnkonzept inkl. Arbeitsbereich. Dieser ist ausgestattet mit einem Schreibtisch, Monitor sowie ergonomischen Stuhl. Sie können das schnelle Wi-Fi kostenlos im gesamten Apartment nutzen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Smart-TV für Ihr tägliches Entertainment. Es erwartet Sie ein separater Schlafbereich mit einem gemütlichen Bett (1,40 m). Außerdem steht Ihnen ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche zur Verfügung, damit Sie sich wie Zuhause fühlen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann zu einem zusätzlichen Bett umfunktioniert werden. Zusätzlich gibt es in Ihrem Apartment eine Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner zur alleinigen, kostenlosen Nutzung. Der Zugang zu Ihrem neuen Apartment erfolgt über Self-Check-In. How rent is calculated

Per day

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
