For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. The house is completely renovated, has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine and ceramic hob. This room is ideal for students and young international workers. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Electricity: 40€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 40€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. Ruzafa is the trendy Valencian neighbourhood, full of activity, a fantastic option for going out. The area is very well connected by public transport with a metro station and a bus stop that connects you to the different lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walk, and connects you to the main universities, the city centre, and the beach.
