The living room has a sofa that becomes a single or a double bed, a flat TV, books, board games, dinner table for 4. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all kitchenware needed to prepare a nice home-cooked meal for your friends and family. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The bathroom is nicely lit, and clean, with a standing shower. The Balcony is about 1 meter wide and the full length of the whole apartment. It oversees Kallirois Avenue, one of the most central & busiest streets in Athens. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
