Modern apartment in Athens! The apartment, which is located at the center of the town, was renovated in January 2019 and can host up to 4 guests. We changed all the window frames and put NEW double-glazed windows all over the apartment! This place is totally soundproof! Thissio is a central area in the heart of Athens. You can be under the Acropolis Hill in a couple of minutes and walk all the traditional Athens on foot. In the living room, you will find a relaxing sofa and a smart flat TV with Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Thissio is the closest Metro station. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
