You are going to have everything you need. A bed with linen, wardrobe and a workspace (Desk and chair). The area provides you with several shopping opportunities (Lidl is on the opposite side of the street) and excellent connections to public transport. The Tram (1, 6, 18) is 1 minute away by walk. Metro station (U1) is 10 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bike. Matzleinsdorfer Square with some city trains (like metro) is also 10 minutes by walk. The city center and other Universities are close as well. The shared flat is located on the 4th and 5th floor with an elevator. The flat has two floors. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets for common use, all seperate accesable. The whole flat has three bathrooms and tow seperated toilets. The shared area will be cleaned by a cleaning stuff all 2 weeks. If you want to have a cleaning for your room you can also have that for a small extra charge. Just ask for it. The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and laundry dryer and WiFi Internet. There is also a grill on the terrace. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all thinks what you need for cooking and eating (plates, pots etc.). In one bathroom is a laundry machine and a laundry dryer. We provide events for our tenants mostly all two weeks, where we cook, make barbecue, go for partys, play poker etc. We have also a group of international people in Vienna which provides you a good start because you always have someone to do something if you want. At the events also our two CEOs take part so you get the chance to get to know them if you join us. The group pictures are from our events. The shared flat (10 rooms in total) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. The kitchen is a big community and meeting area. This flatsharing is perfect for students or interns or young expats. So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your clothes and not more. The minimum rental period is 3 months. Couples cost extra 150€/month....
