Es una vivienda de 125 mts. Tiene un gran salón con tv. y terraza, 2 baños, cocina con electrodomésticos y equipada, dispone de 4 dormitorios y es muy luminoso, es una tercera planta con ascensor. Ideal para estudiantes ERASMUS, tiene 4 habitaciones muy amplias, todas exteriores y muy luminosas, disponen de cama, armario, estantería, escritorio y silla de estudio. Se entrega ropa de cama y toallas, almohada y edredón. Todas las habitaciones tienen calefacción, aire acondicionado y cerradura. Como opción, se ofrece limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes (cocina, baño y salón). Es un barrio seguro y tranquilo, dispone de todos los servicios: muy cerca de la vivienda hay un fantástico Supermercado: con alimentación (frutas, verduras, carne, pescado, repostería, panadería, bebidas, comidas preparadas etc), productos de limpieza, cosméticos, etc.). Además encontrarás otras tiendas, Farmacias, Bancos, Cajeros Automáticos, Bares y Restaurantes, Centro médico, Gimnasios, Biblioteca y amplios jardines para pasear y practicar deporte al aire libre. Está muy bien comunicada por Bus y tranvía con la Universidad de Murcia y con la Universidad Católica San Antonio. Muy cerca de la vivienda hay una estación de bicicletas y patinetes públicos de alquiler. Cualquier duda que tengas contacta conmigo y te la resolveré, mi intención es hacerte lo mas fácil posible la contratación de tu habitación, se lo que significa salir de tu país.
