There is a small hallway when you enter the apartment with two closets for lots of storage. Then I have one room with my new bed (140 cm), a closet, new fridge, desk, small eating table and a kitchen counter. The bathroom is separated from the room by a sliding door and has also everything you need (shower, toilet, sink). THE AREA: The apartment is located in the second district and it’s really easy to reach by public transportation. Within a few minutes walking distance there are three different subway stops. - U1 Vorgartenstraße is only 2 min walking distance away - U2 Messe-Prater is about 5 min walking distance away - U1/U2 Praterstern is about 7 min walking distance away. Praterstern is not only a subway stop but also a train station - In front of the apartment is the bus stop for the bus line 82A The location of the apartment is perfect for students especially for people studying at WU (University of Economics and Business) because it’s only 10 min away by walking and even less by bus. Nevertheless, it’s also a great location for students attending other universities like University of Vienna, TU (Vienna University of Technology) as well as everyone who wants to live in Vienna. Within only 4 subway stops (5 min) you are in the heart of Vienna, the St. Stephan’s Cathedral. And within 7 subway stops (9 min) at the Vienna Main Train Station. Close to the apartment is the Wiener Prater. A beautiful green area which is perfect for running, walking, biking and just to be out in nature. There is also an amusement park and the famous Ferris Wheel. Grocery Stores like Billa are within 3 min walking distance, Spar within 5 min. *Looking for someone who wants the apartment for the ideal time of May/June/July until January, but at least from July 2021 to January 2022!!
