Two bedrooms on the ground floor are rented out to students, the owners bedroom is on the second floor and shared living room and kitchen on the first floor. Shared bathroom and washing machine on the ground floor. The owners will be staying in Spain for most of the winter. The house is in the centre of Reykjavík, short walk to shops and restaurants. Waking distance to the University of Iceland and University of Reykjavík. Heat, electricity, internet and security system included in the rent.
