The Property is only for students. the price is all inclusive. Due to the contract the tenant needs to be male. You will sign a contract with duwo. And the move out date is 27th July. You have to take the room for the 2 months. The room is a spacious room with a nice view over a small park. There is a shared living room, kitchen, toilet and shower room. In addition the apartment also has a sunny balcony. The apartment is located near The Hague university and is on the second floor.
