I rent out room nr 1. The apartens is located 15 min from the central station with the tram stop really close to the place. Close by is a forest with traks for any exercise like runnit, cykling etc. It takes 5 min to the marketplaze where you have supermarkets, café, gym and so on. I rent out two rooms and shared space.
