Das Doppelzimmer Nr. 1 (siehe Grundrissplan), das aus Schlafzimmer und Büroraum besteht und zur hellen Südseite zeigt, wird frei. Damit ihr in der Wohnung Ruhe und Platz habt, habe ich Waschmaschine und Trockner in den Keller aufgestellt.
