I am renting out one furnished room in my 2-rooms apartment at väktargatan 12 A from now. The area is very close to the city. Share a bathroom and equipped kitchen. The rent is 3700 kr per month. It's one stair up in a two-floor building. Laundry room open 24/7 in an adjacent building. I'm looking for someone clean, smoke-free and considerate person. El and wifi are included in the rent. A deposit of one month rent upon moving in and will be returned upon moving out.
