Hello, I rent out basement of house to 3 students. Each have a private room but share kitchen, toilet and entranc with each other. Everything that you need is inkluded in the rent, as heat, water, wi-fi, furniture, towels blankett, full eguiped kitchen etc. The sharing area is always clean and taken care of.
