First of all, I must point out that I only take female guests. My 93 year old mother lives with us, and she feels uncomfortable with male strangers around the house. My house is in a very nice quiet leafy area of Leeds, where the nearest pub is .7 of a mile away. We're about 6 miles from city centre with bus every 15 minutes and half hourly train service.
