We take care and maintain my grandmothers house and run this collective apartment for fun. We love this place and enjoy having some students around. There is a cat and a dog, so you shouldn't be allergic or super scared of dogs. We live upstairs but they happen to sneak in to the student apartment downstairs from time to time. The student apartment has three bedrooms. The room is your private off course and off course we don't interfere or disturb unless its an emergency. Water leak, fire, an open window in the middle of winter e.t.c or if you ask us to go in and fix something. Kitchen/ living room, bathrooms, laundry room is shared among the three of you. The front side garden is also set off as a part off your apartment.
