Our student residence in Valencia is located in the up-and-coming Grau district, close to the beach. It's located halfway between the university campuses and the maritime zone, in a very popular area for Spanish and international students. The residence is also very well served by the many public transport stops that surround it. The Francesc Cubells tram stop, for example, is a 2-minute walk from the Valencia residence, and the Maritim Serrería metro stop is a 5-minute walk away. Numerous bus stops also border the residence. These will enable our future tenants to get around Valencia easily.
